Welcome to Known Productions! By using our real estate media services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

We, Known Productions, specialize in providing professional real estate media services. Our services include capturing high-quality images and video of real estate properties for marketing and promotional purposes.

3. Usage Rights

By engaging our services, you also grant Known Productions the right to use, reproduce, and display the images captured during the assignment for marketing and promotional purposes. The client, retains limited usage rights of the media and the details of the rights are outlined below.

Limited Usage Rights

1. Grant of Limited Rights

Upon completion of the real estate media services provided by Known Productions, the client is hereby granted limited usage rights to the images and media captured during the assignment. These limited usage rights are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

2. Permitted Uses

The client is permitted to use the images for the following purposes:

  • Marketing and Promotion: The client may use the images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the specific real estate property photographed. This includes, but is not limited to, website portfolio, online listings, print materials, and social media.

  • Internal Use: The client may use the images for internal purposes such as brochures, presentations, and reports.

3. Prohibited Uses

The client is expressly prohibited from the following uses:

  • Resale or Commercial Distribution: The client may not resell or commercially distribute the images or videos to third parties.

  • Sub-Licensing: The client may not sublicense, transfer, or assign the limited usage rights to any third party without prior written consent from Known Productions.

  • Derivative Works: The client may not create derivative works or alter the images or videos without the express written permission of Known Productions.

4. Payment

Payment for our real estate media services is due as outlined in our invoicing terms.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling of your sessions must be communicated at least 12-24 hours in advance.
